Do we need approvers that are responsible for approving content before it is published?

Ask Communications about how they handle vch.ca and the intranet

We need to set up a permissions, publishing processes

Most french speakers are bilingual (a less useful translation)

Lots of foreign language speakers need basic health info

For Covid Posters: target audience was determined and then translations where done based on the findings
